Visitor Visa

A Canadian visitor visa, also known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), is an official document issued by the Government of Canada that allows foreign nationals to enter Canada for temporary purposes, such as tourism, visiting family or friends, attending business meetings, or participating in short-term courses. Not everyone needs a visitor visa to enter Canada and requirements to obtain one vary depending on the country of residence and the purpose of the visit.

Study Permit

A Study Permit allows international students to study at designated educational institutions in Canada. To obtain a Study Permit, applicants must meet certain requirements such as demonstrate their ability to cover tuition fees, living expenses, and return transportation. Applicants may be required to undergo a medical examination depending on their home country and course duration. Meeting these requirements and filling out the appropriate application forms are crucial steps in obtaining a Study Permit. It's essential to ensure compliance with the most up-to-date regulations.

SuperVisa

A super visa is a special type of visa designed for the parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents. It allows them to visit their family members in Canada for an extended period, typically up to two years per visit without the need for visa renewals. The super visa is a multiple entry visa, valid for up to 10 years, making it a convenient option for eligible applicants who wish to spend quality time with their loved ones in Canada.

CAQ - Studies

A CAQ, or Certificat d'Acceptation du Québec, is a document issued by the Quebec government that allows international students to study in the province of Quebec, Canada. To obtain a CAQ for studies, applicants must meet certain requirements, including having a valid Letter of Acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution and demonstrating sufficient financial resources. International students in Quebec must maintain a valid CAQ and a valid study permit at all times. You might need to extend your CAQ to finish your study program or might need to obtain a new CAQ if you are changing  educational levels. Meeting all requirements and completing the necessary application forms are essential steps in obtaining a CAQ for studies.

Working Permit

A work permit in Canada is a government-issued document that grants foreign nationals the legal right to work within the country. It applies to a wide range of individuals, including temporary foreign workers, international students seeking an internship, and individuals on working holidays or exchange programs. To obtain a work permit, applicants typically need a job offer from a Canadian employer, which may require a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) in certain cases. However, there are also LMIA-exempt work permits available for specific circumstances, such as through international agreements like CUSMA or the International Mobility Program. The application process varies based on the type of work permit and the individual's qualifications, but it typically involves submitting a complete application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Work permits play a vital role in facilitating Canada's labor market and attracting international talent to the country while ensuring the welfare of both foreign workers and the Canadian workforce.
